Privacy & Terms
The agreements that govern your use of GoReach. Take a moment. We kept things plain and direct.
Privacy Policy
Welcome to GoReach. GoReach is an AI-powered LinkedIn content platform accessible at trygoreach.com. It generates high-reach LinkedIn posts, grades them against a reach checklist, refines and humanises them, suggests an author first comment, and can schedule and publish posts to your LinkedIn account on your behalf when you ask it to. The Service is operated from India by the GoReach team (“GoReach”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), the owner of the GoReach brand.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal data when you use our website, web application, browser extension, and public tools such as the free Post Grader (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Questions about this policy, or want to reach our privacy team or Data Protection Officer? Contact us at privacy@trygoreach.com.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you create an account or use the Service, we may collect:
- Account information: your name, email address, and profile photo. You can register with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. If you use a password, it is stored only as a securely hashed value through our authentication provider; we never see or store your plain-text password.
- Profile data: your LinkedIn headline, company name, timezone, and similar details you optionally add to personalise your posts and the post preview inside GoReach.
- Voice profiles and writing samples: the LinkedIn posts and other writing samples you provide so GoReach can learn and mimic your personal writing style. These samples may include your own prior posts and personal writing.
- Content you create: post topics and prompts you enter, the posts and post versions you generate or edit, author first comments, and any images you upload to attach to a post.
- LinkedIn connection data: if you connect LinkedIn, we receive and store an OAuth access token and refresh token (encrypted at rest), your LinkedIn member identifier (URN), and basic profile details such as your name, headline, and photo. This lets GoReach publish and schedule posts on your behalf and show your profile in the preview.
- Forms and inquiries: information you submit through contact, sales, feedback, feature-interest, or support forms, including any message content and your contact details. Some forms are protected by an anti-bot check (see Section 3).
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit or use the Service, we automatically collect:
- Device and browser information (type, operating system, browser version)
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Usage and product-analytics data: features used, pages visited, time spent, actions taken, and events associated with a person profile in our analytics tools (see Section 3 and Section 6)
- Attribution data: the signup source and marketing parameters (for example UTM tags) that brought you to GoReach
- Log data: access times, error logs, and referring URLs
- Cookies and local-storage data: session tokens, your selected pricing region and currency, and interface preferences stored in your browser (we do not use advertising cookies)
1.3 Approximate Location for Pricing
To show prices in the right currency and region, we detect your approximate country from your IP address using third-party geolocation services (ipapi.co, with api.country.is as a fallback). This gives us an approximate location only, not a precise one. Your region preference is stored in your browser's local storage and can be changed manually on the pricing page.
1.4 Information from Third Parties
If you sign in using Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google as permitted by their terms and your privacy settings. We request only the minimum permissions necessary to provide the Service.
If you connect your LinkedIn account, we receive access and refresh tokens and basic profile information from LinkedIn (a Microsoft service) that allow GoReach to publish and schedule posts on your behalf and read your basic profile. We do not receive or store your LinkedIn password, and we only publish when you take an explicit publishing or scheduling action.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create, secure, and manage your GoReach account
- Generate, grade, refine, and humanise LinkedIn posts and first comments based on your topics, prompts, and voice samples using AI models
- Schedule and publish posts to your connected LinkedIn account when you ask us to, and support additional publishing networks (such as X or Reddit) if and when we offer them
- Operate our billing, plans, usage limits, credits, and referrals
- Determine your pricing region and display prices in your local currency
- Improve the quality, reliability, and personalisation of the Service
- Send you transactional and service emails such as account confirmations, security alerts, scheduling and publishing notifications, and deletion confirmations
- Send product updates and announcements, where permitted (you may opt out at any time)
- Respond to your support queries, sales inquiries, and feedback
- Diagnose technical problems, and monitor and measure how the Service is used
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, spam, and security incidents
- Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use your data to serve you advertisements. We do not use your content to train our own AI models.
2.1 Lawful Bases (EU, EEA, and UK Users)
If you are in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, we rely on the following lawful bases under the GDPR and UK GDPR:
- Performance of a contract: to create your account and provide the core features you request, including generating content and publishing to LinkedIn on your instruction.
- Legitimate interests: to secure, maintain, analyse, and improve the Service, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about it, balanced against your rights.
- Consent: for optional analytics and marketing communications, and where consent is otherwise required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws, tax rules, and lawful requests.
3. AI Processing, Sub-Processors, and Third-Party Providers
We rely on the following third-party sub-processors. Each processes only the data needed for its purpose, under its own data-processing terms.
3.1 AI Model Providers
- OpenAI (openai.com): our primary provider for generating, refining, and scoring content and for text embeddings. It receives your post topics, voice samples and writing, draft and generated post text, and edit instructions.
- Together AI (together.ai): a fallback generation provider used only when our primary provider is unavailable. When used, it receives the same categories of content described above.
We do not use your content to train our own AI models, and we require our AI providers not to use your content to train their models beyond what is needed to respond to your request.
3.2 Platform, Infrastructure, and Operational Providers
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): cloud infrastructure, application servers, databases, and media storage, hosted in the Mumbai, India region. Images you upload are stored in AWS S3.
- LinkedIn (a Microsoft service): to publish and schedule posts on your behalf and to read your basic profile, when you connect your account.
- Google:to authenticate you when you choose “Sign in with Google”.
- Dodo Payments: our payment processor for paid subscriptions. Dodo Payments handles your card and billing data directly; we do not store your card numbers.
- PostHog: product analytics, including person profiles and signup-source attribution, to understand and improve how the Service is used. Our PostHog data is hosted in the European Union region.
- Resend: to send transactional, notification, and product emails, and to route sales inquiries to our team inbox.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: bot and spam protection on our forms.
- ipapi.co and api.country.is: approximate IP-based geolocation used only to select your pricing region and currency.
All sub-processors are required to protect your data and use it only for the specific purposes we authorise. We may update this list as our providers change; the current list will be reflected here.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and then only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
If you request account deletion through Settings › Account › Delete account, your account is suspended immediately while we process the request, and your data is preserved for a short review window (normally up to 3 business days) so the request can be cancelled if it was a mistake. After that window, your personal data is permanently deleted and you receive a confirmation email. To cancel a pending deletion, or to submit a deletion request by email, contact privacy@trygoreach.com or support@trygoreach.com.
Some data may be retained for a limited period after deletion where required by applicable law (for example tax and accounting records for paid subscriptions), for fraud prevention, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Backups are cycled out on a rolling basis.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS/HTTPS
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest (including LinkedIn OAuth tokens)
- Access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel only
- Regular security monitoring and vulnerability assessments
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take security seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at privacy@trygoreach.com.
6. Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics
GoReach uses cookies and browser local storage for two purposes:
- Strictly necessary: to authenticate you, keep you signed in, maintain secure sessions between the website and our API, and remember your interface preferences and selected pricing region and currency. These are essential and cannot be disabled.
- Analytics: we use PostHog to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. This may set cookies or store identifiers and can be associated with a person profile. Where consent is required for analytics (for example in the EU, EEA, and UK), we will obtain it, and you can opt out.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or marketing cookies, and we do not serve advertisements. If you clear your browser's cookies or local storage, you will be signed out and your local preferences will be reset.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
7.1 Access and Portability
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
7.2 Correction
You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information we hold about you. You can update most profile information directly in Settings › Account.
7.3 Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal data. You can initiate this directly in Settings › Account › Delete account, or by emailing privacy@trygoreach.com.
7.4 Opt-Out of Marketing
You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking “Unsubscribe” in any email we send, or by updating your preferences in Settings › Notifications. You will still receive essential transactional communications such as security alerts and deletion confirmations.
7.5 Withdrawal of Consent
Where we process your data based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@trygoreach.com, or use the in-product controls in Settings where available. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and in any case within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
7.6 Indian Users: DPDP Act 2023
GoReach aims to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Indian users have the right to access, correct, and erase their personal data, to grievance redressal, and to nominate a person to exercise these rights on their behalf. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@trygoreach.com.
7.7 EU, EEA, and UK Users: GDPR
If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you have the rights above plus the right to object to processing, the right to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (for example your national data protection authority, or the UK Information Commissioner's Office). Our lawful bases are described in Section 2.1. Because we process data in India, please also review Section 9 on international transfers. You can raise any GDPR request or concern with us directly at privacy@trygoreach.com.
7.8 California Users: CCPA and CPRA
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access and deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@trygoreach.com. You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf.
7.9 Canadian Users: PIPEDA
If you are in Canada, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections, consistent with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws. You may also challenge our handling of your information by contacting privacy@trygoreach.com and, if unsatisfied, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
7.10 Australian Users: Privacy Act and APPs
If you are in Australia, the Australian Privacy Principles apply. You may request access to and correction of your personal information, and you may raise a privacy concern with us at privacy@trygoreach.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Please note that your personal information is stored and processed in India, as described in Section 9.
8. Children's Privacy
GoReach is a professional tool and is not directed at children. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service if you are in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, and at least 13 years old elsewhere (or older where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone below the applicable minimum age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at privacy@trygoreach.com and we will delete it promptly.
9. International Data Transfers
GoReach is operated from India, and our core infrastructure (application servers, databases, caching, and media storage on AWS) runs in the Mumbai, India region. If you access the Service from the European Union, EEA, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, or elsewhere, your personal data is transferred to and stored in India, and may also be processed in other countries where our sub-processors operate (for example the United States, where certain AI and email providers operate, and the European Union, where our analytics provider is hosted). These transfers happen only to operate the Service for you. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models, as described in Sections 2 and 3.
Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with additional measures where needed. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data will be processed in India and in the other locations described in this Policy. You may contact privacy@trygoreach.com for more information about these safeguards.
10. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites including LinkedIn. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through GoReach.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Send an email to the address associated with your account
- Post a prominent notice on the GoReach website
- Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
12. Contact

We take privacy seriously and will respond to all legitimate inquiries within 30 days.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GoReach, an AI-powered LinkedIn content platform accessible at trygoreach.com (“Service”), operated by the GoReach team (“GoReach”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). The Service generates LinkedIn posts, grades them against a reach checklist, refines and humanises them, suggests an author first comment, and can schedule and publish posts to your connected LinkedIn account when you ask it to. Additional publishing networks (such as X or Reddit) and a developer API may be offered in the future.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age if you are in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, and at least 13 years of age elsewhere (or older where local law requires), to use the Service. By using GoReach, you represent that you meet the applicable minimum age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
The Service is intended for professional and personal use related to LinkedIn content creation. Use of the Service for any other purpose is subject to these Terms.
2. Accounts
2.1 Registration
You may create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@trygoreach.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
2.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information updated.
2.3 One Account Per User
Each user may maintain only one GoReach account unless explicitly authorised otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or suspensions is a violation of these Terms.
2.4 Plans and Availability
GoReach is generally available and offers a free plan as well as paid subscription plans. The free plan does not require a credit card. Paid plans unlock additional features and higher usage limits, as described on our pricing page and in Section 6. You can compare the current plans and their features at any time on our pricing page.
We are continually improving the Service. We may add, change, or remove features, adjust usage limits, or restructure plans over time. Where a change materially reduces a core feature of a plan you are paying for, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice. We may also suspend or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, and will endeavour to give reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Acceptable Use
3.1 Permitted Use
You may use GoReach to generate, edit, and publish LinkedIn content for yourself or, where explicitly authorised, on behalf of others.
3.2 Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Service to:
- Generate content that is false, misleading, deceptive, or designed to impersonate another person or organisation
- Create spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or content for mass automated distribution
- Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service or any other platform's terms
- Generate content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or harmful
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or extract our AI models, datasets, or proprietary systems
- Use the Service in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interferes with other users
- Share account credentials or resell access to the Service
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service without our prior written consent
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
4. AI-Generated Content
4.1 You Own Your Content
Content you generate using GoReach belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over posts you create using the Service.
4.2 No Guarantee of Performance
GoReach uses AI to generate content suggestions. We make no guarantee that AI-generated content will achieve any specific engagement, reach, or outcome on LinkedIn or any other platform. Results will vary based on many factors outside our control.
4.3 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing it. GoReach is a content tool, not a publisher. Publishing decisions are yours alone. You must ensure that content you publish complies with all applicable laws, LinkedIn's policies, and any professional or ethical obligations that apply to you.
4.4 No Legal or Professional Advice
Nothing generated by GoReach constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Do not rely on AI-generated content for decisions requiring professional expertise.
4.5 Factual Accuracy
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or fabricated details. Always verify factual claims before publishing. GoReach is not liable for errors in AI-generated content.
5. LinkedIn and Third-Party Platforms
5.1 LinkedIn Connection
If you connect your LinkedIn account to GoReach, you authorise us to publish and schedule content to LinkedIn on your behalf when you explicitly ask us to (for example by publishing now or scheduling a post for a future time). We will not post anything to your LinkedIn without your explicit action.
LinkedIn does not currently allow third-party tools to post the author's first comment automatically. Where GoReach suggests a first comment, it is provided for you to post yourself, and we do not post it to LinkedIn on your behalf. Automated scheduling depends on LinkedIn's availability and policies, which may change and are outside our control.
5.2 Compliance with Third-Party Terms
Your use of GoReach in connection with LinkedIn or any other platform must comply with that platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for any action taken by LinkedIn or any other platform against your account as a result of your use of GoReach.
5.3 Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party AI providers, cloud services, and authentication providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those third-party services.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
6.1 Plans and Fees
GoReach offers a free plan and one or more paid subscription plans. The free plan is provided at no charge and does not require payment information. Paid plans are charged at the prices shown on our pricing page, or at the point of purchase, in your local currency.
Pricing is region-aware, so the amount you see may differ depending on your location and currency. Paid plans are offered on both monthly and annual billing options; the annual option is billed once for the year. The prices, features, and usage limits that apply to you are those presented to you at the time you subscribe.
6.2 Billing and Renewal
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions. When you subscribe, fees are billed in advance for the billing period you select (monthly or annual), in the currency shown at purchase, through our third-party payment processor, Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments handles your card and billing information directly; we do not store your card numbers. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable, and cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the remainder of a period you have already paid for.
6.3 Changes to Pricing and Plans
We may change our prices, plans, and included features from time to time. Any change to the recurring fee for your plan will apply from your next renewal, and we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of a material price increase before it takes effect. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
6.4 Taxes
Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST (India) and VAT (EU/UK). Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
7.1 Termination by You
You may delete your account at any time through Settings › Account › Delete account. Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 3 business days. You may cancel a deletion request within 3 days by contacting support@trygoreach.com.
7.2 Suspension by GoReach
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will endeavour to notify you by email before suspension where practicable.
7.3 Account Suspension Policy
When an account is deleted at the user's request, we suspend the account immediately while we process the deletion. During this suspension period, you will not be able to access the Service. Your data remains intact during this review period and will be permanently deleted within 3 business days unless you contact us to cancel the deletion request.
7.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 GoReach Platform
The GoReach platform, including its software, design, AI models, datasets, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by GoReach and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
8.2 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights in the content you create using GoReach. By using the Service, you grant GoReach a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. This licence ends when you delete your content or close your account.
8.3 Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas to us, you grant GoReach the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you. We are not obligated to act on any feedback.
9. Disclaimers
GOREACH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE
- AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS
- ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOREACH AND ITS TEAM MEMBERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS
- DAMAGE TO REPUTATION OR PROFESSIONAL STANDING
- ANY CONSEQUENCES OF PUBLISHING AI-GENERATED CONTENT
- ACTIONS TAKEN BY LINKEDIN OR OTHER PLATFORMS IN RESPONSE TO YOUR USE OF GOREACH
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GOREACH IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR INR 1,000 (WHICHEVER IS GREATER).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoReach and its team members from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Content you generate, publish, or distribute using GoReach
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
If you have a complaint or dispute, we encourage you to first contact us at support@trygoreach.com so we can try to resolve it informally. We aim to respond to all complaints within 7 business days.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Notify you by email to the address associated with your account
- Post a notice on the GoReach website
- Update the “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms
Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.
14. General
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GoReach regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
14.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
